Pa. court throws out priest's conviction in abuse case

A Pennsylvania appeals court threw out the milestone conviction of Monsignor William Lynn, the first Catholic priest to be found guilty of protecting other priests accused of sexual abuse. Prosecutors argued Lynn violated Pennsylvania's law against endangering the welfare of a child, but the appeals court said Lynn did not directly supervise children. Elaine Quijano reports.
