Officials say suspect knew the victims in deadly mass shooting in Orange, California
Authorities have identified the suspect in Wednesday night's shooting at a California office complex that left four people dead, including a 9-year-old boy. At a press conference Thursday, they said the gunman and the victims had personal or business relationships.
