Officials warn "catastrophic flooding" possible on Texas coast
Hurricane Harvey made landfall late Friday night in Rockport, Texas, as a Category 4 storm with winds at 130 mph. More than 210,000 residents are without electric power Saturday morning and extensive flooding is expected over the next few days.
