Obamacare hiccup: Key provision on hold
The employer mandate, a key tenant of the Obama Administration's new health care law, is being delayed by a year. The provision requires companies with more than 50 employees to provide insurance coverage but that rule is now on hold until 2015. Jan Crawford reports.
