Obama announces $750 million plan to fight Ebola

President Obama's plan would train 500 local health care workers every week and assign some 3,000 U.S. military personnel to assist with medical and logistical support. It would also establish a headquarters in Liberia to coordinate international relief. Dean Reynolds reports.
