North Texas town goes to extremes for fresh water during drought

With North Texas in the midst of its worst drought since record keeping began, Wichita Falls city manager Darron Leiker turned to the only viable quick option he had – turning the city’s sewage water into drinking water. Five million gallons a days of treated water will be pumped to the city taps. Anna Werner reports.
