New Calif. law bans sale of animals from breeders in pet stores

Animal advocate and bill sponsor Judie Mancuso helped pass the first-in-the-nation state law that only allows pet stores to sell dogs, cats and rabbits that are rescues. The law is designed to take business away from "puppy mills," which are often crowded and unsanitary. Carter Evans reports.
