Net neutrality all but officially dead
The internet as you know it may change: Net neutrality is ending. The rules that govern internet service providers (ISPs) and how they deliver content to consumers has radically changed. Proponents of the the changes say it will spur investment and innovation, while critics point out it will hurt start-ups and consumers.
