Neighbor says London attacker asked about rented moving van
British police identified 27-year-old Khuram Shazad Butt as one of the attackers in Saturday's assault in London. CBS News spoke to some of his neighbors in east London. One neighbor said Butt asked him about a rented moving van he was using. Anna Werner reports.
