Mandatory evacuation orders in parts of Texas as Harvey heads ashore
Thirty feet of rain is expected in parts of Texas in the coming days as Hurricane Harvey hits the coastline. Officials have ordered a mandatory evacuation of Port Aransas and other cities along the coast.
