Long-term unemployment benefits to end for millions

At midnight Friday, 1.3 million Americans who have been without a job for 27 weeks or more will lose long-term unemployment benefits as the new federal budget kicks in. Extended jobless benefits have never been cut with a national unemployment rate of seven percent. Two Americans in states with even higher jobless rates say they're going to lose the ability to make ends meet. Major Garrett reports.
