Light snow ahead of major storm causes D.C. gridlock

Major rush-hour gridlock hit the nation's capitol Wednesday night after only an inch of snow fell -- causing multiple wrecks, traffic delays and other problems. Officials are hoping this isn't a sign of things to come as the Eastern seaboard braces for a major winter storm. Kris Van Cleave reports.
