Lawmakers announce bipartisan budget agreement
For the first time in four-and-a-half years, a bipartisan budget deal is on the table in Washington. The deal sets spending levels for the next two fiscal years and would replace harsh, across-the-board spending cuts known as sequestration with more targeted cuts and increases in user fees for government services.
