JetBlue apologizes to mother for embarrassing incident
JetBlue has apologized to the mother of a three-year-old girl who was denied the use of a bathroom on a New York-Boston flight during a delay, forcing the girl to relieve herself on a seat. The company also offered a donation to a charity of the mom's choice and arranged sensitivity training for its flight attendants. Paul Burton of WBZ News reports.
