Jeb Bush vows to be "own man" in foreign policy
Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush delivered a speech on foreign policy in Chicago Wednesday. As a likely candidate to run for president in 2016, Bush acknowledged his family's political legacy but tried to distance himself from some of its policies. Nancy Cordes reports.
