Islamic militant group claims responsibility for deadly Somalia attack
The Islamic militant group Al-Shabaab claimed reponsibility for a deadly attack in Somalia's capital on Sunday. At least 20 people were killed and more than 100 were injured. Bruce Hoffman, a senior fellow for the Council on Foreign Relations, joined CBS News' John Dickerson to discuss.
