In Maine's upcoming primaries, voters can pick more than one candidate

Next month, Maine will try out a new form of voting in the primaries called "ranked choice voting," where voters will be able vote for more than one candidate. Scott Thistle, state house reporter for The Portland Press Herald, spoke to "Red & Blue" about the how ranked choice voting could affect Maine's upcoming elections.
