Hurricane Matthew's death toll on the rise
The death toll from Hurricane Matthew is rising along with the floodwaters. The storm killed at least 36 people in the Southeast including 20 in North Carolina. Goldman Sachs estimates U.S. property damages at $10 billion. Manuel Bojorquez is in the disaster area.
