Houston neighborhoods flooded after water released from reservoirs
Overnight, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers began releasing water from two reservoirs to prevent additional flooding in downtown Houston. But that sent water pouring into some neighborhoods. David Begnaud reports from one of them.
