Hermine may regain hurricane status
Tropical Storm Hermine is regaining strength after striking Florida and may once again become a hurricane. Despite the storm becoming a lesser threat to make landfall in the Mid-Atlantic, residents there aren't taking chances. Tony Dokoupil has more.
