Georgia allows weapons in unsecured public buildings

Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal signed new legislation Wednesday that will allow people to carry firearms into buildings like libraries and recreational centers. Guns will also be allowed in bars and houses of worship with permission from property owners. CBS News correspondent Anna Werner reports from Atlanta.
