Florence leaves thousands stranded in Wilmington, North Carolina
Rain from Florence left Wilmington, North Carolina, cut off from the rest of the state. On Tuesday, relief workers will begin distributing packaged meals to more than 60,000 stranded people. CBS News correspondent David Begnaud reports.
