Family who lost dog during Superstorm Sandy finds him at pound
A New Jersey family thought their dog Reckless was gone after he went missing 18 months ago during Superstorm Sandy. While looking to adopt a new dog at the Monmouth County SPCA, the family saw a familiar face inside one of the cages.
