Family sues over man's death after hospital confrontation
A Texas family is speaking out about a relative's death following a police confrontation at a hospital. Manuel De La Cruz, who had paranoid schizophrenia, was seeking help at the hospital. His family says police intervened when he wouldn't disrobe to put on a hospital gown. Shern-Min Chow of CBS affiliate KHOU-TV reports.
