Family moving to Colo. to get medical marijuana for ailing 3-year-old
The family of a 3-year-old girl who has a severe form of epilepsy has decided to move from Texas to Colorado. The Lowe family decided to make the move after hearing that medical marijuana has worked for others suffering the same syndrome. KHOU-TV's Drew Karedes reports.
