Eagle sightings up due to abnormal winter

The abnormally cold and snowy winter in the Midwest has resulted in an increase in bald eagle sightings in Iowa. The birds are designed for cold weather and fly just south enough to find open water to feed on. Matt Hammill of KGAN-TV reports.
