Doctors seen as "complicit" in abuse of military health system
Active duty troops and vets are being prescribed dubious drugs at high cost to taxpayers. A military official says doctors are just as complicit as the marketers peddling the drugs, because they're the ones writing the prescriptions. CBS News correspondent Jim Axelrod investigates.
