Despite diplomatic overtures, impasse over Iran's nuclear pursuits remains deep

President Barack Obama and Iranian President Hassan Rouhani both spoke of new possibilities when they addressed the U.N. General Assembly, but they did not meet face to face. Rouhani sounded conciliatory but he denounced the economic sanctions the White House argues have led Iran to seek talks on ending its nuclear weapons program. Major Garrett reports.
