Deadly California wildfires still raging
Blow-torch winds have finally died down in California, but deadly fires are still spreading. President Trump declared a state of emergency, clearing the way for additional federal aid. At least six major fires have burned more than 140,000 acres and more than 500 structures are destroyed. Carter Evans reports.
