Cutting-edge heart surgery saves skydiver
Iwan van der Schoor tore his aorta in a skydiving accident on the Fourth of July. Half of the people with that type of injury die within 24 hours. But van der Schoor was able to live thanks to a new type of surgery. CBS News correspondent John Blackstone reports.
