Cuomo says deaths in New York are stabilizing, but at a "horrific rate"

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said Saturday that 783 people died in the state the day before from coronavirus, a number similar to previous days this week. Cuomo said it's a sign the number of deaths is stabilizing, but at a "horrific rate." Watch his remarks.
