House passes mandatory harassment training

Following allegations of sexual harassment against several of its members, the House of Representatives have made sexual harassment training mandatory for all members and their staff. At the same time, a bill has been proposed to make all settlements public and to prevent taxpayer dollars from being spent to pay them out.
