Colo. high school shooter wrote plans on his arm
The student who opened fire at Arapahoe High School in Colorado had written plans on his arm to target several areas of the school in his attack. He had also written a Latin phrase on the inside of his forearm. Rick Sallinger of CBS Denver station KCNC reports.
