Blogger who supported Russia's war in Ukraine killed in cafe explosion
Russian police have arrested a woman who they say was behind a bombing that killed a prominent supporter of the war in Ukraine. Authorities said the pro-war blogger, Vladlen Tatarsky, was killed in an explosion Sunday at a St. Petersburg café.
