Afghan girl receives prosthetic arm in U.S.
Seven year-old Bebe suffered horrible wounds in Afghanistan, resulting in her right arm being amputated by doctors in the U.S. Now she has a prosthetic arm and, thanks to international volunteers, new hope and abilities. Art Barron of KCAL-TV reports.
