The president designated the "Cyber Threat Intelligence Integration Center" to coordinate and "connect the dots" of agencies fighting hacker attacks. FBI former executive assistant director and head of it's cyber security branch Shawn Henry joins "CBS This Morning: Saturday" to discuss the summit.
