WSJ's Gerald Seib on President-elect Trump's latest staff picks

Cyber-security expert Thomas Bossert will be President-elect Donald Trump's homeland security and counterterrorism adviser, and Jason Greenblatt, one of Mr. Trump's lawyers, will take the newly-created job of special representative for international negotiations.
