Women are working to transform Saudi Arabia
Dr. Thoraya Ahmed Obaid, a member of the king's advisement team, is quietly working on a proposal that would revolutionize Saudi life by effectively ending male guardianship. Men and women over 18 would both be independent citizens of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Holly Williams reports.
