Woman uses her voice to lift spirits of flood victims

It was an impromptu moment captured on camera: Victoria White, a university admissions counselor, sang a song of hope at a shelter in Conroe, Texas, for the dozens of people who were forced to flee their flooded homes after Harvey struck. Less than 24 hours later, more than 16 million people had seen it. Jericka Duncan reports.
