Winter storm dumps more than a foot of snow on Maine

Bangor, Maine, experienced record snowfall and power outages, with bone-chilling temperatures in the forecast. Nearly two feet of snow also fell in the Smoky Mountains in an early winter blast. Vladimir Duthiers reports.
