Why Big Tobacco backs bipartisan bill to increase purchasing age to 21

A bipartisan bill on Capitol Hill seeks to raise the legal purchasing age for tobacco products from 18 to 21 nationwide. The legislation is receiving support from the FDA and also the tobacco lobby.
