White House makes last-minute change to Obamacare

Millions of Americans whose insurance policies were recently canceled may now qualify for a "catastrophic" plan regardless of age. The plan has lower premiums, but provides more limited benefits. CBS News senior White House correspondent Bill Plante reports.
