White House considers sanctions against Ukraine's government

The Obama administration says it is outraged at the images coming from the Ukrainian capital. President Obama has been on the phone with European allies discussing measures to stop the violence. Meanwhile the White House is urging Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovich to withdraw forces immediately. Danielle Nottingham reports.
