White House considers options to acquire Greenland, including using U.S. military

The White House says President Trump and his advisers are discussing options for how to acquire Greenland. The self-governing territory of Denmark, a NATO partner, is located in a prime spot to monitor threats to the U.S. and is rich in rare earth minerals. Danish officials have long rejected the proposal.
