What to expect from Robert Mueller's historic testimony

Former Special Counsel Robert Mueller will take questions from members of the House Judiciary and Intelligence committees in a historic appearance on Capitol Hill. His appearance before the committees is expected to last five hours, and is his first public testimony on Russia's influence in the 2016 election. Crowds started to form early Wednesday morning as people attempted to catch a glimpse of the largely silent investigator. Nancy Cordes reports.
