President Biden announces $600 million in climate investments
President Biden's reelection campaign is kicking into high gear as he rallied with union workers in Philadelphia over the weekend. And Monday afternoon Biden spoke in East Palo Alto, California, where he announced more than $600 million in investments to help fight climate change. CBS News chief White House correspondent Nancy Cordes reports from San Francisco.
