What lies beneath Harvey floodwaters becomes growing concern

More than 130,000 properties were damaged, and some 223,000 people have applied for federal Hurricane Harvey assistance. Tests of floodwaters conducted show some neighborhoods are contaminated with lead and arsenic, as well as bacteria like E.coli. Omar Villafranca reports.
