State of emergency declared in West Virginia amid warehouse fire

A massive warehouse fire in Parkersburg has forced West Virginia to declare a state of emergency as burning plastics threaten air quality for thousands. The fire continues to burn with containment efforts underway. CBS News' Shanelle Kaul reports.
