Weakening Tropical Storm Norbert brings rain to Southwest
Almost 200,000 customers remain without power after Friday night's rolling thunderstorms in Michigan. But the weakening Tropical Storm Norbert is leading to heavy rain in the Southwest. Chief meteorologist Eric Fisher of CBS station WBZ takes a look at the weather conditions.
