Watch: Tornadoes blast East Coast
Severe weather slammed the East Coast Monday. An EF1 tornado touched down in Windsor Locks, Conn., In Yonkers, N.Y., surveillance video shows heavy rain and wind tossing debris. And in New Jersey, at least one small tornado touched down west of Newark, toppling trees and causing a blackout.
